Due to their size and mass, planning is crucial. Focus on three areas:Foundation & Floor Loading: Verify your shop floor can support the combined weight of the table, pallet, and maximum workpiece—often several tons.Machine Tool Interface: This is not a plug-and-play accessory. Integration requires precise mechanical mounting, hydraulic/pneumatic connections for clamping, and electrical integration with the host machine's control. Professional installation is non-negotiable.Software Synchronization: The table's positioning must be perfectly synchronized with the machine's tool changer, coolant system, and safety interlocks.
